Systems operation
Our systems operation service – the full maintenance and management
of IT systems – is conducted by experts working for Navigátor. The service
provides you with high functionality and budgetable costs. As part of systems
operation, our experts carry out parts replacement, software upgrades and removal,
the regular supervision of software legality and, where requested, they can
provide training and draft IT development plans.
This service can be taken requested both as an insource or as an
outsource service. With insourcing, your staff work under the supervision of
Navigátor Ltd. and maintain legal continuity of employment by being taken on
by Navigátor Ltd.
Our outsourcing solution provides either onsite or offsite support.
If you request onsite support, we maintain a staffing level according to your
needs, as appropriate to the actual task in hand at your business premises.
In the instance of the more traditional (offsite) outsourced IT
operational activities, we offer remote support and, according to requirements,
regular local systems operational backup jobs.
If requested, we can arrange for the operation of your full server
station on our premises. Naturally, for this we guarantee a totally secure environment
Navigátor staff holding Microsoft and Oracle certification is able
to guarantee continuous and high standard of systems operation.
Service Fields: Advantages and Challenges
INSOURCE
Insourcing: some or all of your current IT staff are taken on by
Navigátor Ltd. They then continue performing systems operation duties under
the professional supervision of our company. This means that communication with
users is conducted by people you already know, with the added advantage that,
thanks to our in-house training sessions, our fine-tuned regulatory systems and
considerable international expertise, this staff will be carrying out their work
to a much higher level and quality within a matter of just 3 months.
We issue a regular invoice for our services. Naturally, this invoice
can be written off as cost. What’s more, as the needs of your company change, it
will be our company’s responsibility to keep pace with your requirements.
ONSITE OUTSOURCE
Onsite outsourcing: we conduct the entire range of IT operations
activities on your business premises relying on your own IT infrastructure.
User support is provided by our dedicated staff onsite both during and outside
office hours. The advantage of onsite outsourcing is the rapid reaction time
from our part, although you will be required to make the necessary infrastructure
(office space) available. We recommend this solution in situations where IT in
fact supports critical business processes.
OFFSITE OUTSOURCE
Offsite outsourcing: we take over (at book value) the present IT
equipment and arrange regular billing. Equipment is serviced and replaced when
obsolete, and the entire infrastructure is maintained at a high level of quality
to meet your business requirements. As part of this service, we provide support
generally via phone and VPN network, meeting previously contracted call-out
deadlines, which, if the client requires, can be as short as one single hour.
Besides offering the above-mentioned service constructions, we are
always open to custom-built solutions delivered after free-of-charge consultation
with the client.
