Wage costs represent a considerable slice of any company’s budget. NWR gives the controlling department a tool that can be utilized to allocate wage costs (by any system specified by the client), thereby assisting managers in drafting corporate accounting reports.

Operation

The program records completed activities to the minute. The user can also supply a brief description of the job. Completed work can be coded into pre-arranged templates. Templates contain all the information related to the completed work such as project title, topic, ‘charge to’ section and method of financial settlement.

NWR continually runs on users’ computers. Once the program is open, the user can close one template after finalizing a particular job and input the name, short description of the next job as well as give the appropriate template into which the coding of the activity is to be carried out.

Overhead management

An option allows defined working periods to be managed on a fixed cost basis, i.e. they appear in fixed form and not by project or on a pro-rata basis.

Project-based distribution

This option allows for a given activity to be costed to an individual project. This makes it simple to track each project’s profitability and provides easier way to plan quotations based on accurate base data.

Recurrent activities

Managerial retrieval
