WebWP

Software WEBWP is a web based production controlling software. Its objectives are making easier taking orders and traceability of orders between suppliers and their customers. It’s important to emphasize that the system has been designed to synchronize trans-corporations actions.

The main features of this application can be grouped around two functions: inserting data (e.g. inserting an order) and querying (e.g. querying recent state of an order).

The most outstanding feature of this application lies in its credibility and providing accurate data. WEBWP receives data via the production control system, directly from the database of the supplier company apparent the recent status any time.

In one hand with using WEBWP activities of marketing managers become simplified, because in this case clients insert data only by filling in forms. This results less paperwork.

On the other hand it’s advantageous for clients too. There’s no need for mailing ordinary orders, checking data on the phone. Simply they fill in a (virtual) form. Nevertheless they can look up the state of recent orders on-line (e.g. what state of product in production is, if product has been delivered, other financial information is available too).

We can also add that the software provides further possibility for querying the credit rating, expiry date for payment, the calculated amount of interest for delay. Foreign customers can look up data in their own mother tongue. Being aware of these customers can take further steps (e.g. storing, custom clearance).
