The key function of the system is the electronic documentation and administration of standards in the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and supporting related processes and procedures.

The system can be accessed from and built into other, external systems via a standard interface (built-in OLE server). It allows existing documents to be managed (as external documents), accessed and administered. These external documents may be Word text files, Excel files, images, flowcharts, etc.

The use of the system is controlled by an authorisation system that can be parameterised even at data level. Any user can connect to the database with their login name and password, and then access, modify, delete or enter data according to their user authorisations.

The system is also capable of using the algorithms and solutions created for the implementation of its objectives in any other area (e.g. administration of non-ISO documents, problem and task management in any field, meeting management, etc.). The system can also be expanded to handle any other task not managed by other systems.

The two core modules of the system are document and task management. These are used by virtually every module, and constitute the basis for the operation of the entire system.
